Mohammed

Mohammed was my guide in the desert in Morocco.  I spent over 2 days, talking to no one but him... but it was all in Spanish since he doesn't speak English.  We couldn't talk too well, but I was able to learn a lot about him.  He grew up in a Nomadic family in the desert.  They moved to town when he was 15 and he became a desert guide a couple years later.  Now he lives half the time in the town, and half his time wandering the desert with camels and tourists.

Mohammed gave me a personalized concert on the traditional nomadic drums in the tent at night!
